Return Policy

You as a customer can cancel your order till the time your Order is being processed for Shipment. Once your Order is Ready for Shipment, under no circumstances you will be able to cancel your Order.

Once you are eligible for Cancellation of your Order, You will have to inform us by sending us an email to info@cloviskrafts.com (With all your Purchase Order and Payment Details and the Item(s) you wish to Cancel from your Order) for the cancellation of your Order placed. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order as a Store Credit, which can be used on future purchases within 30 days of cancellation of your cancelled order.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Returns for the purchased products will not be entertained at our end. Products once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned either under any circumstances.
