Shipping Policy

1. Packages are generally dispatched within 3 to 4 Working days and Business days Excluding Public Holiday, Sunday and depend on nature after Receipt of Payment and are Shipped via reputed National Couriers with tracking. We will send an email providing you the Tracking details to help you track your package online once the Tracking details are generated for your shipment.

2. PAN INDIA Shipping is FREE, Hence NO SHIPPING CHARGES will be collected from our PAN INDIA Customers and Users. Shipping in INDIA will be done through our Local Shipping Partners or through Indian Government’s Indian Postal Services (Depending on their Services available in areas). Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately.

3. OVERSEAS SHIPPING of our Products in all other Countries other than INDIA will commence in near future. Still you can contact us on info@cloviskrafts.com for your requirement for the time being till the Overseas Shipping commences on our E-Commerce Portal.

4. Boxes or Packaging Fliers as may be required for packaging are ample sized and your items are well-protected.

5. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during Working days only between Monday through Saturday: 10am to 6pm. Working days exclude Public Holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes or delays due to any other untimely obstructions which may arise unknowingly due to any unprecedented conditions
